Nicolás asks Florencia not to punish Victoria out of anger for feeling that she is his rival and to let him be the one to do justice to his uncle's death. Yosmir, who gets a job as an ice cream vendor, goes to Eugenia's school so he can see her and apologize for the incident when they went out with Miguel. Builder believes that Victoria is confused about her feelings for him and that she is loving him even though she does not accept him, so he proposes that they leave the country together. Nicolas seeks out Jack to tell him about the bombing and demand that he tell Victoria the truth; Builder tries to hit him with a golf club, but Victoria appears at that moment and warns Nicolas. As a token of his love, Yosmir agrees to stay away from Eugenia to make her feel better; the young girl can't help but cry when her beloved leaves.
